I respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your deposit will be safely held on your account as a credit for your next visit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services or forfeiture of your deposit. Failing to show up without notice will result in a 50% missed-appointment fee. Additionally, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments. I understand that emergencies occur, please contact me as soon as possible.
